The initiator behind CareNed Zorgeloos Leven is Shirley van Thol. She has more than 25 years' national and international experience at various multinationals in consulting, coaching, counselling and mediating for private individuals and organisations. Especially in the field of international social insurances, Dutch legislation, AWBZ (Dutch Exceptional Medical Expenses Act), legal advice, fiscal regulations, and financial services.
